Where do you deliver?
We deliver across India and to selected international destinations shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take in India?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within India usually takes about 3–8 business days after dispatch.
When is shipping free?
Eligible India orders of ₹999 or more receive free standard shipping. Charges for smaller or international orders are shown at checkout.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and locations. Checkout confirms whether it is available for your order.
Returns and support
What is the return window?
You may request a return for an eligible item within 14 calendar days of receiving it. Items must be unused, complete and in their original condition and packaging.
Who pays return shipping?
We cover reasonable return costs for accepted damaged, defective or incorrect-item claims. For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
