• Payment cannot be authorised
• Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected
• Delivery to the supplied address is unavailable
• The order breaches applicable law or these Terms

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery and contact information.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Order processing times, shipping charges and estimated delivery periods are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Free standard shipping is available on eligible India orders over ₹999. For international orders, including orders delivered to the United Kingdom, United States and Canada, shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, courier delays, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

  1. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Returns, cancellations, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in that policy or these Terms excludes any mandatory right or remedy provided by applicable consumer law.

  1. PRODUCTS AND SAFETY

Products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions, warnings or safety information supplied.

Keep knives, sharp tools, small components and other potentially hazardous products away from children unless the product is specifically designed for supervised child use.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorised alteration, improper storage or failure to follow supplied instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
